Transtema is one of the Nordic region’s leading companies in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of communication networks, as well as in providing network equipment and technical consulting services to telecom operators, municipal networks, government authorities, power companies, and large enterprises.

Founded in 1997, Transtema operates in both Sweden and Norway. Net sales for Transtema Group AB (publ) in 2021 amounted to SEK 1,690 million (1,405). The Group employs around 1,100 people. Transtema Group AB is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market under the ticker TRANS.

Team 4 Trust consists of four senior industrialists who together bring extensive knowledge and long international career experience. In parallel, we have built and invested as entrepreneurs in wholly or partly owned companies.
